 Filmax International Inc, on September 31, 2009 completed a six month maintenance period of Rwanda's Local Government Portal popularly known as the eDistrict Gateway (www.district.gov.rw). The great achievement is attributed to very smooth and cordial working relations with eRwanda, the country's watchdog for a Major World Bank fund to implement the NICI plan.
The project that covered the design, development and implementation of 29 Districts, the Northern Province and the Ministry of Youth, was the second biggest project to be accomplished by Filmax International on time and to the budget. It covered the entire scope of a software development life cycle. Filmax's Portal design experience has placed the company at high edge of competitiveness both locally and internationally. we strive to create web application solutions that are suitable to current regional development trends. Websites are no longer just tools of information delivery but rather service and products delivery. |
