Filmax Web Technologies in partnership with Gravisio soft solutions have successfully completed the design, development and implementation of the Rwanda Media High Council website along with two data base driven information management systems.

The systems will drive an online Library that will enable visitors to identify books, newspapers, magazines etc that are available at the council's archives.

This system was designed with industry standard DBMS with the best expert proven customer / user (SRS) software requirements specification. It is well designed to meet all possible search criteria of the website visitor that may need a resource from the MHC Library.

Alongside the online Library is the Media Monitoring platform that will enable smooth and efficient media monitoring in Rwanda which is one of the core values of the Country's highest Media Organ.

The main web interface is user friendly, simple yet highly dynamic.
