                                                         As part of the ongoing consultancy to provide IT support to Uganda's Diplomatic Mission in Kigali, Filmax International has today May 26, 2009 started an intensive 16 hour one week training program on the Joomla open source content management system

used to upgrade the mission website (www.ugandaembassy.rw). The training, to be attended by high profile diplomats at the mission, will equip the participants with skills required to take control of the new database driven web engine which is highly dynamic.

While opening the training at Uganda Embassy in Kigali today, Mr Ford, the Chief Executive Officer of Filmax International Inc explained to the participants the benefits of the new CMS which are principally; efficiency, scalability, user friendliness, and dynamism. He explained the two basic interfaces the system uses which are the front end and back end interfaces and explained the advantages of each. At the end of the training, Mr. Ford assured them that they will be well equipped to optimally harvest full benefits of the website.

Mr. Magoba John, the Mission's Charge d'Affairs, expressed his certaininty that the training will put participants at an edge ahead of all other Ugandan embassies and High commissions around the world in website updating and promised to keep the Rwanda's mission website up-to date all the time.
