Mr. Ford is Filmax Web Technologies' founder and Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) Australia. Robert also holds a higher diploma in Sales and Marketing and has a dozen certificates in Television Journalism from USA, France, Kenya, Eritrea and Rwanda.
As a CEO Mr. Ford's roles include tenders bidding, project evaluations, presentations to clients, streamlining the software development life cycle i.e. Requirement, Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing. He defines the scope of the requirements to the design team and oversees the implementation and testing. Coordinates and streamlines liaison between the finance delegate and our client’s designated finance person.
He is a team leader but not necessarily the lead consultant on all the projects.

Manzi Olivier is Filmax Web Technologies' shareholder and Partner. He is one of the best software developers and the only BASE 24 es specialist in the country. He has vast experience in software development and a proud architect and designer of the Local Government’s TMS (Tax Management System) platform used in 30 districts of the country.
Olivier holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Information Technology. He has worked as a systems engineer and software developer in various corporate organizations. Mr. Manzi has experience in project management derived from the several projects that he has carried out with Filmax International Inc. Manzi’s great achievements include design and implementation of the Districts TMS, MAJ Case Management System for the Ministry of justice and an Asset Management System now being used by many government entities.

 Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Nairobi University in Kenya. Before coming to Filmax, Vincent worked with Mega Communications in Kenya and Focus in Kigali. He joined Filmax with an aim of advancing his Graphics career and has ever since enriched the company’s capacity in that field. He has designed the Bonn and Pretoria Uganda Embassy sites and has worked extensively on the UNICEF pediatric conference sites (www.pediatriconference.org) He has skills in Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Image-Ready and Corel Draw.

Mr. Karera has extensive management experience having managed the biggest Sports facility in Rwanda for more than 4 years. He has qualification in Sales and Marketing but has recently specialized in content development and authoring for much of Filmax's web projects. He has been working with Filmax since 2009. He has vast experience in both front end and back end Joomla CMS administration. Most of the extensions he has handled include joomFish; used for language translations on a web platform; DocMan, used for upload of document files e.g PDF, PowerPoint etc onto a website. He has also handled Phoca photo gallery.

 Henry is Accounts assistant.He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University in Uganda.
He is responsible for the following activities at the Company:
• Record and post transactions in the company’s accounting system.
• Process payment vouchers and posting them as required,
• Maintain up to date records on debtors and creditors of the company.
• Handling cash and following up on bank transactions including acquiring of bank statements
• Prepare invoices for work done and issue receipts for payments received from clients.
• Maintain specific project/contract accounts, imprest accounts, bank reconciliation and refunds.
• Extracting details of expenditure, assets and liabilities from accounting systems in order to analyze and verify accuracy.
• Processing payments for goods and services including calculating , inputting and checking payment and communicating any discrepancy to the supervisor. |
 John Mary Vianney is a graduate of RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) – Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science) degree. He has worked for Filmax since he started his computing career. He has written code for more than 10 websites with Filmax Web Technologies. His specialty is with Macromedia design suite that has dream weaver, PHP, ASP, Ajax, JavaScript etc. He has also specialized in Filmax’s Joomla CMS suite.

 Ms. Claudine is our Joomla CMS specialist and a great team player. She also doubles as Filmax International’s Administrator. Claudine has been very instrumental in building components and sections for both front end and back administration for Rwandan District websites under the Local Government Portal.  Amazingly, Bosco Ford's profession is very different from his passion and career. He is the technical guy behind all the applications employed at Filmax. He puts together the required equipment and installs the appropriate software for the design and development team. Bosco is also our CMS training specialist. He designs the appropriate training modules, designs and produces the training manuals, prepares and manages training schedules including placing the trainees and trainers in appropriate clusters for effective module delivery.
Mr. Ford is completing his Bachelor's degree in Public Administration at the National university of Rwanda.

 Egide Hakorimana is our Corporate Relations Manager. He deals with corporate outreach, business outsourcing, after sales and corporate social responsibility. He has worked extensively with client base specifically in streamlining the software requirements specifications. Mr. Hakorimana as also doubled as our business development specialist working extensively on the Business development model for our real estate product (kodeshinzu.com). He has also participated in designing the business model for our file sharing platform product.
